Q: What do I do if I do not receive the ebook bar review?
A: Send an email to webmaster and/or contact
paypal, the online secured payment system, at business@paypal.com to determine why your payment has not been received by webmaster. Lately, Paypal has had
difficulties with time delays particularly relating to individuals residing outside of the U.S. With
individuals that reside outside of the U.S., paypal requires various security measures
that take up to 1 month before you are able to send a payment.
Q: What is an eBook?
A: An eBook is computer software
designed with the look of a real book, but runs on your desktop computer and laptop computer. Many
companies producing personal device assistant (PDA) or handheld ebook reading
devices are starting to make all ebooks compatible with their devices. No device is necessary
for our ebooks. However, we now provide Wireless Palm OS Access.
Q: How do I download and install an eBook?
A: Upon receipt of payment, we email
you the ebook as an attachment. The ebook requires the Free Acrobat
Reader, pre-installed on most new computers or available as a free download. It is EASY!
Q: Will the eBook harm my computer?
A: No.
Q: Why an eBook and not a real book?
A: eBooks save publishing costs ordinarily passed on to the consumer, are great
for the environment, save you time in not having to run to a bookstore, allow quick keyword or phrase searches in
moments, and overall library management of your books.
Q: Can I print out or make copies of the ebook.
A: Pursuant to our terms of use,
yes. We ask you not to give to others...that is software piracy and
against the law.
